Minibus Hire in Hitchin

Town-centre and village pick-ups

Hitchin's narrow town-centre streets and the lanes out to the surrounding villages need a driver who knows where a minibus can actually stop. We agree a sensible pick-up point when you book rather than leaving it to chance on the day.

Villages such as Pirton, Ickleford, Holwell and St Ippolyts are collected on the same booking, with the route planned to gather the group before setting off.

Every booking includes a professional driver. Prices depend on your route, travel date, passenger numbers, luggage and any additional stops or return journey. Request a fixed-price quotation with your journey details before confirming your booking.

Airport transfers from Hitchin

We provide transfers from Hitchin to Luton and Stansted, as well as Heathrow and Gatwick. We take flight numbers at the time of booking and plan the pick-up around check-in, with arrivals monitored on the return leg.

Nights out, race days and events

Groups from Hitchin travel regularly to London, Cambridge, race meetings and concerts. For evenings with more than one venue the driver moves the minibus between stops and takes everybody home at the end, which is usually the part of the night that is hardest to organise.

We also arrange wedding guest transport from Hitchin, with pick-ups and return journeys planned around the ceremony and reception.

Business and private journeys

We cover staff transport, conference and exhibition runs and client collections for Hitchin businesses, plus private hire for family occasions, day trips and longer UK journeys.

Minibus sizes and golf trips

We provide comfortable minibus transport for groups of 5 to 16 passengers, selecting the most suitable vehicle according to passenger numbers and luggage requirements. There is a safe area for golf clubs, making these minibuses ideal for golf trips and days out to courses across Hertfordshire and beyond.

You can request a 16-seater minibus with a driver for your Hitchin journey; tell us your passenger numbers and luggage requirements so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.
