Every event has its own timings, and the return leg is usually the part that catches people out. We agree pick-up and collection points in advance so the group is not standing in a car park at midnight looking for taxis.

Wedding transport

Wedding work is about timing rather than distance. We can shuttle guests between the ceremony, reception and accommodation, and stay on hand for the final run at the end of the night so nobody drives.

Nights out and multi-stop evenings

For evenings with more than one venue, the driver stays with the group and moves the minibus between stops. That keeps everyone together, avoids the scramble for taxis and gives you one agreed price for the whole evening.

Booking event transport

Send us the event, the date, the pick-up points and roughly what time you expect to head home. We will confirm the vehicle size and a fixed price for the whole journey, including waiting time where it is needed.
